Just imagine you live onstage for five minutes in front of thousands of adoring fans…. All you’ve got to do is complete the entry form and send a link to of your best performance. The winner will be announced on Wednesday, November 4, 2015. 

 

Entries must be received by Friday, October 30, 2015. *note: contestants can be individual or groups (no larger than 5 people).  Absolutely No bands! Winner will perform to a track for no more than 5 minutes. Contestant must enter themselves.
